How it works

How it works

Clients can purchase or rent reusable cups. refeelme also takes care of washing, storing and transportation of your cups if you wish.

We recommend using a Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) with our cups, where the consumer pays a small deposit (usually 1 or 2 euros), which the customers gets back when the cup is returned (usually to the point of sale). If the cup is not returned, you keep the deposit amount and thus the system covers its cost (plus a profit depending on scale of the event).

For large events, there is the possibility to let the end users choose to donate the deposit amount to an NGO of your choice.

The calculation for multi-day events concerns events with approximately the same audience every day. The calculation of economic benefit is based on the costs of purchasing 330ml cups with monochrome printing.
